The kendu leaf operation begins with phadi
committee formation, who prepare microplans
for each phadi.
The KL Pluckers, Bush Cutting Labourers,
Seasonal workers of the villagers are
members of the phadi committee. Each
plucker is provided with a plucker card.
The phadi committee is represented by
women, SC & ST communities adequately.
